Here are some images from the Lifestyle portrait session with Val & Kenton, featuring Baby Landon. I photographed Val and Kenton's wedding about 4 years ago. Since then, I've photographed their friends, including maternity sessions and baby photographs.

Caribbean Cruise

Just returned from a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. Even got to meet "Snoop Dog" LOL

The weather was fantastic, nice and HOT. However, I was in for a rude awakening when I got home - Edmonton was in the top three coldest places on the planet. Flat tires on the vehicle, furnace wasn't working, etc. Makes me wish I was able to stay on the islands!

Kerri & Michael's Engagement

My ace photographic assistant Barry and I had a blast photographing Kerri & Michael's engagement session on 10-10-10. I can't wait until their wedding next April in Cabo, Mexico. I already know some of the wedding party from photographing previous weddings, and from a corporate photoshoot.

Here's what Kerri and Michael have to say about their photoshoot experience:

"After our two hour engagement photo shoot with Darwin, we are even more excited for our wedding, and neither of us thought that was possible! Darwin's artistic work is second to none and the amount of enthusiasm he brought to the photo session made the time fly by! He got down and dirty (literally, as he spent a lot of the shoot lying in the sand to make sure the angles were perfect for the photos) and he made sure that every picture he took was perfect! We couldn't be happier with Darwin and we are both pumped to have Darwin as our photographer for our wedding because we know that the memories he will create through his photographic brilliance will give us the ability to enjoy our wedding over and over again, even when we are no longer on the sunny beaches of Los Cabos !"

Kerri and Michael showed the engagement session slide show to Michael's parents. Here's what happened.....

"We showed Wanda and Rob the slide show last night and Wanda cried and cried. Good tears! They LOVE the pictures! Then we played it again for them, and Wanda cried even more. She has decided not to wear mascara to the wedding. LOL. Thanks again so much for everything! I brought the discs with me to work today to show my co-workers :o) "
